What is required as a deposit for a lot and when will the entire amount be due?
Deposit of 10% of the purchase price of the lot is required on the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. The balance is due on closing, to be 30 days from the signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
How will I be able to identify the lot boundaries?
The lot corners will be clearly marked with a sign.
When can we start to build if we purchase a lot now?
You can apply for a permit immediately after closing.
Will Land Ark Homes build on these lots?
No, Land Ark Homes will not be building on these lots.
Where do I find plans for my new vacation home?

Can you build more than one cottage on each lot?
No, however you are permitted to build a max. 300 sq. ft. bunkhouse.

Yes, the lots have preliminary clearing for a proposed cottage site and a rough granular base laneway.
Can you tell me about the common lands?
Common lands for passive recreational use (i.e. hiking trails, canoeing, etc.) will be held by a Common-Elements Condominium, with each lot owner owning a 1/35th interest in the corporation. The condominium will be managed by people chosen by the lot owners, who once enough lots are sold can decide how to manage the common lands.
Will there be yearly fees for the common lands?
Yes, there will be a fee payable to the Condo Corporation to cover management fees and for the maintenance of trails, boat launch, taxes and insurance. These fees are anticipated to be $100-$200 per year.
